I have no idea how your picture got on this blog. Someone either; posted it, reposted it, or you posted it. Either way it ended up on the Net,Web, or whatever you want to call it. I didn't post it but simply found it here liked it and reposted it. Ask and I'll remove it but more importantly do not look to the Internet as a publishing source in which copyright is respected, it will never be that until it is government controlled and sanctioned and then it will never be what it was or is again. Careful what you wish for, and watermark your shit. So if you are listed as the source and your copyright is present in your watermark, I'm not really understanding your grievance.
Don't really want to get into a war of finite hair splitting here but if that is the case then you are credited. Just an observation here but not only are your expectations around copyright a little erroneous but from a marketing perspective your OCD like attachment to your descriptive note is ridiculous. I remove notes as they are typically ego driven and benign, the offer nothing to the art.
